On reading the TAP announcement, the option of up to $2.95 million payment is DEFERRED UNTIL 03/2015!
That's 18 months away.
WHL highlight the $2.95 million, inferring it is immediate on TAP taking up the option.

There is already a groundswell of investor dissatisfaction about the salaries and bonuses paid and yet NO value has been added to WHL.

Other companies are seeing directors' reduce their salaries.

What you are being paid lacks credibility and almost shows contempt to shareholders.

Can I be a director? Seems like a great way to make money out of WHL.

Could you justify to me by return email the reason you and other Directors are being paid for a stock trading @1.4c
