Following is the email I sent to NSL this afternoon.

Attn: The Board. Too many Directors with financial qualifications and no Resource Co experience?

It disturbs me to see yet again a resource Company being run into the ground by financially qualified but mining naive overpaid Directors.

It's not as easy as you thought is it ? You DO need to get down and dirty. Ask Twiggy Forrest.

We need an EGM to have each Director justify their being on the board and their salary package.

Two board members have to go. Costing too much for what results ? More delays and apparent incompetence.

We are getting the numbers together to call an EGM.
Prefer to see two resign instead.

We figure 10 working days is time enough to justify your positions, if you can, with a market update showing tangible progress by NSL to restore some respect to the share price.
Include cost cutting measures like the resignation of two Board Members.
