I am writing to you on behalf of many QMC share holders from the hotcopper stock market forum
Congatulations on the investor presentation and the apparent renewal of our website, it is encouraging to see we have finally seen some movement from Northfeild and hopefully the input of some long term holders has been valuable.

Again i would like to bring to your attention share holder dissatisfaction,your email dated 18 november 2010 stated"The Board of the Company is focused on delivering value to shareholders,
we are continuously seeking methods to improve our level of communication
and I am sure that over the coming months these measures will become
apparent as the market recognizes the inherent value that an investment in
the shares of Queensland Mining Corporation Limited represents."
Well i/we are sorry to say not a great deal has changed on the communication front,constant time set backs and lack of updates has board confidence at an all time low,share holders are increasingly frustrated at your apparent lack of willingness to communicate through the appropriate channels(asx and website) ,i/we would like to suggest that if you interested in attempting to rectify the problem that you could answer the following non price sensitive questions, and perhaps on a monthly basis or when the new look website is finished, similar information could be posted regularly on that forum and linked to the ASX as an UPDATE.

Howard/David the following questions you might find trivial but they are questions that we all think are relevant to the daily running of our company and will ultimately go a ways to reinstall our confidence in the board. all we are seeking is a commitment for regular UPDATES and i urge you to rethink your strategy in regard to share holder communication as your current one is failing dismally.we feel that regular updates on drill rig mobilization and demobilization , delays in drilling and/or results from labs road show dates and times ect could in fact save your selves many hours, as this would go a long way to answering questions that we all have, with out having to spend countless unproductive hours dealing with share holders one on one as many question are obviously repetitious.


Q Was there any structural/storm damage from cyclone Yasi ?
if so has it altered any time lines with our drilling/results/production programme?

Q With the current investor presentation can you please supply a list of dates and venues(local and overseas)of the "road show"
many of us (and we are in all states)have brokers that may be interested in the QMC story?
Can you list some of the companies that you have all ready presented to and intend to present to?

Q Has the geologist with leaching experience been employed?
If so is there anything that can be expected or released regarding the processing of our current stockpiles?

Q Does QMC have the funds to carry out all the drilling that has been previously planned/mentioned?
If not which leases will be your priority?

Q Can you please clarify the "24 month production " statement.

Q Can you please explain why the share price has been allowed to slide 100% from 18.0c to 9.7c(pre global issues) and no apparent support for the next run was given?.

Q Can you please provide a list of the current top 20 shareholders?

Q Can you please explain you association with butmall,are you Howard the sole shareholder?Are you personally being paid from QMC via Butmall?
