The trick of some boards is to sell the story into the future.

Keep you on a chain with a small carrot dangling just out of reach.

GXY have dangled many carrots and promised to create a vertically integrated company that would eat from every level in the supply chain.

Now the new carrot is SDV. Joke of the century, I would love to be proved wrong, but this board and management could not organise a round of drinks.

While I respect the effort to get any government body to look at this, I know it is in vein from my previous interactions. Best wishes to those that undertake this path.

Moorookamick, you are 100% right that the board needs to go and this is the best way to move the company forward. I cannot see a way for any person to get their money back from this group. They have no idea how to generate value for shareholders.
