Good to hear from you. I was pleasantly surprised with your email and in particular the action you had taken in researching the state of play in the Priceline stores.



Your passion and belief in the brand is a sentiment that is echoing our own strong commitment. We have a sales, marketing and brand development plan that we are implementing effectively and efficiently (without spending the millions in advertising). The product is outstanding, we know this from our research but also from others. Our job is to keep on communicating this so that our sales continue to improve. We have been and will continue to educate pharmacies across Australia on both the Pharmacist and Pharmacy Assistant level. This process takes time, however, and we expect to spend much of the coming year doing just that. We are certainly seeing improved awareness and expect that a critical number of stores will be “active” sellers within the first year.
