Well, at 9:00 this morning I still had received no acknowledgement of receipt of my email on Thursday.
I called Buchan Consulting and reaming commenced.
I won't go into the clinical details.
I was assured that, when the person responsible arrived, she would be told to reply.

IMO, if PBT have engaged Buchan to handle investor enquiries then it is a waste of SH's money.
Failure to even acknowledge receipt of a SH communication is, at best, rude. At worst, simply incompetent.

When/If I receive a reply from Ms Wilson, I will report it.
