If GK did not alter the timeline when he had the opportunity during the half year report then I would be certain that the original "early 2016" must still stand.
GK has a history of making deadlines "just in time" and to me it looks like we are heading for another of those. I think the delay in PBT434 is due to the "all hands on deck" status of the PCH.
