Followings are what I got from the pretty lady one day ago. GK could be pushed by overwhelming requests. It is interesting to see them managing to reply investors' requests in the Saturday morning.

Hi,

I wanted to make sure you’re saw that the consolidation occurred on Thursday. Announcement attached. We know this is a frustrating and difficult time but if we did not undertake this action we would not have been compliant with minimum listing price on NASDAQ and ran the risk of being delisted which clearly would not have been in the interests of our shareholders. This allows us to pursue the news events that will hopefully restore share price and confidence.
