Hope cad are indemnified against the office holders, the office holders have insurance, if this is in fact the case, this could allow the company to continue, and not suffer any blight imo, I'm all for it not coming to this of course, best scenario is gunning for good news for a good share price then out, put the associated names in the black book to check against new buys.
