I recieved another email reply from Kenny this evening in responce to a email I sent asking for a update on the update his reply below

I understand the sentiment but when lawyers are driving the paperwork delays can happen.

Things wrapped up afer 9 pm yesterday and we missed the release window.  You should know from experience that any direct communications from me via email are not official and never have enough specific  information to be trading on.

All will wrap up shortly.
