Well thanks Champ, but the legals don't really rate a mention to me because their claim does not effect EPL3345. Their claim is against the minister in Namibia regarding his decision and we can go on ad in for ever about this.
As you said investors get nervous about any legals and BMN is no exception but in this case I can't see why the SP has been trashed to such a large extent. Oh well strange things happen in bear markets and we may see a recovery tomorrow. Better not say too much or else i gwet moderated again.
