Chris I totally agree with you, legal issues are real thorns in the side for any company especially if they are still not making money. The market is always very bearish and will not hesitate to severely discount stocks in this boat. I, like yourself avoid them whenever possible until there is a clear timeline for resolution after that still a gamble but what isn't in the market.
