(1) At the date this presentation the Ryder Scott Nov. 2010 report had not yet included the updated numbers for the conventional Steamboat Sandstone or
Thorntonia Formation therefore we are showing the Ryder Scott Sep. 2009 numbers which are not expected to change materially.
(2) At the date of this presentation the Ryder Scott Nov. 2010 report evaluated all of PetroFrontier?s unconventional shale resource for all PetroFrontier?s lands.
? None of the prospects have been penetrated by wells and have therefore been classified as ?undiscovered? prospective.
? PFC?s net working interest in EP 103 and 104 is 50% and in EP 127 and 128 its 75%. These Gross resources must be multiplyby PFC?s working interest to
calculate PFC?s net resources.
? The Report on the hydrocarbon resource potential of the Georgina Basin describes a possible distribution of the unrisked prospective (recoverable) portion of
unrisked ?Undiscovered in-place Resources,? as defined by the Canadian Oil and Gas Evaluation Handbook (COGEH) and does not represent an estimate of
reserves or contingent resources. The Report has been prepared in accordance with the Canadian standards set out in the COGEH and is compliant with
