The company is delisted from the ASX.

This was caused by a revolving board/CEO's making poor business over time.

The usual course of action from here is to come up with another business model, raise dollars via a placement to insiders and "sophisticated" investors ( brokers mates), and do it all again.

Once a culture of underperformance is entrenched in an ASX listing, its chances of survival with a "new" idea is a pipe dream.

Same people, same culture.

It is entrenched in their DNA.

The wheel has been spun and the house has walked away with their salaries/fees/commissions.

It will never be relisted.

Your money and mine have gone down the plughole.

PS Whilst this business was imploding the decisions being made defied belief.
It is now being operated whilst delisted like a used car sales yard.
