    Maybe Uran was unfairly treated in this process, hence the reason why they will appeal this decision.

    Why would they want to get on the bad side of the government (by appealing) if they didnt believe they had a strong case.

    Maybe Riman (or another politician) has told Uran to appeal against the Environment Ministers decision. We need to understand that each government minister is driving a different agenda.

    For example, the PM and Energy Minister will be motivated by profit and building up their nuclear energy resources, whereas the Environment Minister would only be concerned about the environment.

    It would all depend who sits on the appeals board...so it may not be over yet.
