you know who I really feel sorry for - its the guys with the ideas - the ones working away for years in their labs to develop products like the ventrassist, that save lives. Then to see these management schmucks come in and rip out any prospect of bringing it to commercial reality because to them, it is merely a vehicle to enrich themselves and satisfy their delusions of grandeur (which, lets face it, can never be satisfied).
If the ethics and standards that scientists are required to uphold were also applied to management then we might see alot more great australian ideas go the full distance and see the sector become more attractive to genuine investors.
