One point to note, being a share holder I can assure you I have no ill feeling AT ALL about NOT supporting the SPP.

In addition to what Malcolm-in-the-middle's comments, I will not support a management team that clearly showed complete arrogance and lack of respect towards the SH.

Again, no regrets towards the past SPP. But now I that the "management" team has thankfully gone, I would support a new SPP.
