Dear Sir;

I am a long time share holder of Ventracor, and as such I am extremely disappointed in the state the company is in, let alone the dismal performance of the last board.

I can assure you that this sentiment is echoed by many investors to such a degree that many have refused to support the last SPP.

I would urge you to consider another SPP for existing shareholders only, as I am sure that now the board has unceremoniously departed, the share holders would support such an SPP.

In my opinion, that the company is viable, and that one of the reasons the previous board has failed in raising funds from share holder and external financiers is due to the board not having any credibility in the financial markets.

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you can enlighten the share holders as to what responses were received from the previous SPP (2008). The previous board did not publish any news regarding how many share holders responded, only that sufficient funds were not raised.
