I agree with you too @Brad J the tech they've got here is unrivalled. So many different avenues of revenue generation. While, like the report states, embark will take a clip for every view and a larger clip for every share and again for every subsequent purchase, the real value is in the data they obtain from each individual commuter, monetising this and on selling this to advertisers, as well as public transport operators. The potential they have here is huge.
OTTO is also a bit of a sleeper too, and has taken a back seat while effort goes into embark. We forget that there are a plethora of digital screens on campus too. It's interesting they chose Curtin Uni as proof of concept and marketed it as a bus planner (if anyone has been to curtin you'll know the bus network is not very big) and to a lesser degree as a security app. Saying that they have the global picture in mind and understand the large campus's in the US are a target, and may sneak in there via a legislative piece for colleges around security
