Hi Mac, I agree with the facts in your post but would like to highlight nothing will progress without staff to do the work.
The site is hours from anywhere and taking care of staff will attract better & more loyal people and avoid fly in / fly out rates. This is a long term project, without decent conditions staffing costs will dramatically increase.
We don't need 5 star but also don't want 1 star.
