Dilution has been mentioned a couple of times - just wait to the Con Notes are converted, then you will see what real dilution looks like.
And did you like the advice re the Interest rate of the latest $60mil con Notes - 10% then increasing to 13%. I'm sure BOTH parties will intend to convert the interest charge to shares so there is more dilution.Agree @Robot42. BCI will need to raise a percentage of the remaining balance (whatever that is...???) from the market (and may well do it in multiple tranches), so lets firstly all hope that doesn't happen until AT LEAST after 29th Feb 2024 (or as potentially extended) as that could dilute us all to oblivion.
And secondly, lets hope they start promoting the heck out of Mardie to generate some interest. It would be interesting to know when the last company roadshow was undertaken......???
