Its all a matter of timing...

Those here at a higher price are obviously hurting - however, many are clearly going to hang in for the long term when it will ultimately turnaround once Lani goes to market.

In the meantime, only a sadist would would waste his/her time hanging around like a foul smell, rubbing salt into the wounds of long term holders...but foul smells eventually lift, usually as prices go up.
