As the PRR SP rises due to the embedded call option of the SPP the fair value of PRR to any holder with 100k shares or less will cap out in the high 14's.
At 19c it stands at 14.73c.
IMO, theoretically it will be difficult for the SP to go far beyond current levels as the % arbitrage will get too great for any educated holder of 100k shares or less not to take action to lock in a risk free profit.
