No look at the shareholder distribution schedule of PRR.
The Springtree facility is for $25.5m and there's no way that SPP will exceed this level.
PRR will replace the Springtree facility as much as possible due to it being extremely expensive (ie. PRR are issuing shares to Springtree at no more than 8c).
