Ok Spid the plant hasn’t run for a continuous 48hrs. The purpose of commissioning is to achieve the desired outcome. If they want to run the plant for 48hrs they could bit to achieve better results in the final product they need to alter the settings and the run it to see if it gets better or not. Re adjust the settings and then run again for 12hrs. They don’t want to make lots of changes at once and not understand what worked better or what didn’t.
They are producing 30 tonnes in a 12 hour shift, that is close to 50% and probably only using 1 press. Easily brought up to 100% when they are ready to
