Hmm, I am in NZ . Have taken 'advantage' (Hopefully) of the occasional selling at .007 and while news would be nice I tend to subscribe to 'No news is good news'. While I do like milestone anns and confirmation of companies direction etc, I also understand cash is tight and that making anns does cost and if not strictly necessary use the money for important things.....But I think if an announced deal has failed that would be a necessary disclosure and I really hope that is not the case since withholding that kind of info is a terrible look and has consequences for directors etc.
