I'm very excited like everyone.
My main concern is RWL being private we don't know what sort of debt etc. they are bringing to the table. You say we are getting RWL for an absolute steal, perhaps there's a reason for this? Not too worried or anything though.
When can we find the details of RWL's balance sheet and financials?
