On the proposed acquisition...
"The parties have agreed to an exclusive negotiation period extending through 31 May 2017 in relation to the proposed transaction."
Would it be reasonable for us to expect an announcement before - or on - that date to say that the proposed final agreement has been made?
Perhaps even see the details of the transaction (in their finalised state) at that point?
