Yes there is evidence of this. It has already been detailed here on HC. If you would spend 5 mins doing some research comparing the previous top10 with the most recent top10 you'd see that several have increased their holdings. Since the latest top10 Bori Liberman's holdings increased by about 1.5m. All this information has been in ASX notifications and posted here on HC.
The chart isn't looking bad. I'm not sure what you are seeing in it but there are two sides to every coin.
