Seems as though most investors are only interested in news out of China, not caring about other contracts and pathways being carved into other markets.
Chartwise - shouldn't 64c be the theoretical floor (where the $32 million placement last July took place)? If it drops below that then things start getting interesting however then the Fundamentals take over and it starts to look like a steal.
