MOA-Yes, but it looks more likely than not to be settled on the major terms given deployment is envisioned in such a short period, rather than a MOA where the parties are just pondering, like a lot of companies that release announcements on MOA's. Anything could happen but on past performance we are entitled to presume that the chances of this moving to a binding commercial agreement are pretty damn good.
