I'm guessing #2 Imback.
This is an extremely well orchestrated play. Every reason to keep it at these levels until the deal is done. Plenty of reasons (news) for it to fly once the deal is settled and the movers and shakers are locked and loaded. Any way you look at it the possibility of very big 'left of field' announcements from a global company like Fluence is just to tasty to resist- just don't think they will come until the merge/acquisition is completed (for very good reason). Not long now.
