You are wise to evaluate this very very carefully , OPEX is only one part of determining the viability of the projects , also necessary to look at the CAPEX intensity per liter of effluent treated per day compared to other methods of treatment.
I would like to know why the latest data seems to indicate CAPEX has reduced considerably .

On page 12 of the Henslow report Figure 15 shows a 30k liter a day Module sale price is US$10K also confirmed on the following page under sales assumptions where units sold times US$10k equals revenue which would imply ancillaries and fit out are included in that Module cost
    $1o,000 per module / 30,000 liters = $0.33 a liter capital intensity cost

The Nov presentation gave a plant cost of $272K for 100 cubic meters treated per day.

    272,000/100,000 = $ 2.72 a liter capital intensity cost

Going from $2.72 capital intensity cost per liter treated per day to $0.33 in capital intensity cost for the same metrics seems a big CAPEX drop that would make the plant economics far more viable , welcome for posters to find out what the error is in my calculation.
