I'm just some bloke on the internet so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Lot's of ways to read data, for me it means:
- The share is very tightly held. Any stock held by the public is worth it's weight in gold.
- This for me means those that own EMD stocks believe in the future of the company and that the current value is under (WAY UNDER) what it is currently trading for.

- A large portion of the company is also owned by a few people:
Twiggy for example owns 18,500,000 units ($5,000,000),
Dr Stewart Washer (Chairman) own 49,325,599 units ($13,000,000) with an option for a further 1,500,000 units,
Dr Michael Winlo (Managing Director) owns 60,000 units with an option of 7,500,000 ($2,000,000),
Professor Alistair Vickery (Medical Director) owns 128,000 units with an option of 4,000,000 ($1,000,000),
Dr Karen Smith (Executive Director) owns 550,000 units with an option of 1,500,000 ($400,000)
Director Matthew Callahan (Non-Executive Director) owns 19,600,000 units ($5,300,000) with an option of 1,500,000
Total value held by these 6 people is about $20,000,000 (options for a further $4,000,000) EMD total market cap is $75,000,000. That means about 27% of the company is owned by these 6 people alone.

- Twiggy is looking at the long game and small changes in the share price mean nothing to him so he will be holding for the explosion in growth that will occur.

- The Directors that own stock believe in the company so they are holding onto the stock tightly also.

Overall I think it is a positive sign. On a day where the ASX got smashed EMD held firm and people see the value in it.
