EME is raising capital to fund both Eagle and their other project in Germany. The Poms obviously know more about their projects than we do here.
To my mind the engaging the coiled tubing drilling rig already suggests that Eagle is commercial. The JVs would not spend the $$ if what they already see is not worth the risk of spending our hard earned.
