Given the fact that the spin off company beleives there is great potential to explore, develop and make money on the land NAD (YOU as a Shareholder) already retains in the Northern Territory, the spin off company will/has now valved its shares at 20c on the opening market....AND yet NAD TRADES at currently only 4c..........why is NAD not accounting for loss in valve of these assets as at the rate/valve and potential the new spin off Co puts on it ........It will be interesting to see what valve the future prospectus will show....it just does not add up ........
Once again...........why pay for something that we already own...and why are we not getting money paid into NAD at the full and true valve of this great potential resource/market as the new spin off Co says it will be........
