Emerald Oil Inc(formerly voyager oil and gas) announced on 10th September that they intend to issue 82m new shares to extinguish debt and for working capital.
As at 31st December 2011 Voyager oil and gas had 57,848,431 shares on issue.
It appears to me that emerald oil and gas,s share holding in Emerald Oil Inc is soon to go from 19.9% down to less than 8%.
One of the risks of this deal was dilution.It appears that this is occuring.
