    Linc employees are presently in a blackout period, whereby they can't buy or sell shares. We are obviously about to hear something of significance.

    This blackout period could be due to one or both of these factors:
    a) QLD Government's stance on UCG announced this coming week
    b) Emerald Coal Sale Update
