I'm quite satisfied with the legal process ISX is going through (p.s. I won't be selling my stock when it does relist elsewhere). Solid long term investment, I sleep well at night.
EM1 on the other hand, has partnered with known scammers, relies on that entity for the majority of its revenue, and will be left with very little when the Ponzi scheme eventually implodes. Dodgy Bros+.
