I've talked about it previously with regards to the auditor and how independent they can be when sharing the same office as the firm they are meant to be auditing, along with all the other Regency Corp's offices which is where Bert (chairman) is from.
To me it would make more sense if I was on the BOD to select an auditor at a different office address just to remove the possible thought of a COI.
