EM1 partnered with known serial scammers, which have been banned/warned by over a dozen countries and the BBC did a 6 month investigation who said they are a scam.

EM1 announced that they 'banked' 8.3M to 31st December


Qtrly shows 8.375 however there was a 30k outstanding invoice from MTN on the previous qtrly but even if we assume the other 75k is all from MTN this is a 99.10% revenue from the scammers minimum.

AcradeX launching in Australia & other T1 countries in March 2019 - still hasn't launched ArcadeX in Australia or T1 countries.



EM1 saying that the will generate revenue from Dec 2019


Yet no revenue was received until the Oct -> Dec 2020 Qtr (as seen above)
