Do you really believe what you write?......Do you not consider Senegal as being somewhat dependent on the World Bank?......Do you not consider offshore Senegal as a potential new non-renewable development?

#The Paris agreement, amongst other things, restricts governments from subsidizing the fossil fuel industry and I take it that would include the world bank.

#How do you restrict supply???...you refuse to approve new non-renewable developments.
