When you do the maths on their given financials and add up what Greg and the BOD pay themselves and then add a workforce of 30 , plus the rent that would accommodate that 30 - even if 2/3 of them worked from home, the numbers do not add up.

What does EM1 pay for rent in Cape Town? Is that listed anywhere in their financials?
