Yes 20 years in the making by US and UK, EU banking cartels for the most part. The politicians are merely front men for varying organisations imo but they must take the blame for their policies that they implement.
A lot of people still dont see politicians are beholding to agendas of some organisation or another when it is very obvious some are.
