    oh, and my thoughts are that the trustee should be removed cos they r not able to do their job properly. every trust has outgoings to meet irrespective of accumulation or retirement phases. no trust can survive with only illiquid assets, it is the job of the trustee to meet these outgoings or they should quit.... they have around 12 months to organise/plan for the projected costs and funds required.
