    well, between 2000 & 2007, the boom times, VCR had ample opportunity to attract capital from the big end of town. So why did it rely almost exclusively on small retail investors to fund the company and the overly generous remuneration and perks to its top management?
    Especially given that the head honcho openly promoted himself as a specialist in biotech funding. And if the newspaper reports are to be believed - why did the company knock back a supposed substantial investment from anaother large biotech? And why was this not divulged and explained to SHs?

    What are your thoughts on this Pacman22?

    What's more, it would have been a resonable expection of a CEO to have communicated exactly how VCR found itself in this 'unfortunate position' instead of blaming the lack of enthusiasm from retail investors for a 'last minute' SPP pitched at probably the worst period of financial market turmoil in living memory.

    Instead of threatening to sue your former backers,Pacman, it might be more productive for you to explain exactly how small investors ended up losing a great deal of their future security.
