Has anyone had reason to deal with Qantas Freq Flyer program lately? I am experiencing an appalling run of service.
Qantas asked me to call them back in mid May. Have now had numerous occasions waiting on hold & now more than 6 weeks issue not resolved. Now growing concerned this is a trend effecting many customers & costing business. I know I've spent more than $20k through other airlines over past several months following another issue earlier in the year.
Latest was promised contact to resolve the issue today yet again let down.
Anyone else experiencing such disgraceful customer experiences????
