    Couldn't agree more. The lower the AUD gets, the more likely a predatory takeover from the USA - much like Pac Brands.

    Honestly, to bolt on close to $900m in sales and a 1,100 store network for under $200m (and no debt!) it's a no brainer. If I had the money I'd consider it very thoroughly.
