Emerson has given a green light to the big 3 to raise prices whenever they want to.
Every time that get one of his red tape fines it will be passed on to consumers.
In any case the big 3 when the big 3 play by Emerson's rules they will just add the extra expense onto their prices. As long as they all work in unison it will work.
So Emerson was never about bringing down prices but was about sounding tough with massive penalties.
