Comment:
Whilst many thought interest would come from European car makers, Paterson appears to think high interest is from the battery plants in Europe.

The $400million mentioned in the Wall Street Journal article [MarketWatch also did the same story on the same day of 13 Apr 2018] appears to be the CAPEX figure of $393m per Paterson Report of 12 Apr 2017 with a leeway of $7m.

It is UNCLEAR how the $400m pitch to investors will be constructed? Will it be via off-takes/% investments or the usual mix of equity and debt?

The news of "FINALIZING" $400m pitch to investors was NOT known to London EMH investors. Investors were NOT aware that it was at the stage of "FINALIZING." Looking at the Paterson Research Report of 12 April 2018, it would appear that the finalizing pitch = financing catalyst?
So investors have to await info/clarification/news from EMH.
